Took this on a weekend hike and the padded back panel actually kept my shoulders from aching, which I wasn't expecting at this price. The 18 litre size fits a water bottle, snacks and a light jacket with room to spare. Zippers feel solid too.
The embroidered icon is way more detailed than I expected for a backpack at this price. It fits my laptop, a water bottle and lunch easily but stays slim thanks to the 18L size. The padded straps actually make a difference on my walk to work.
