I was worried 18 litres would be too small for my daily commute, but it swallows my lunch bag, a hoodie and my laptop easily. The padded back panel actually makes a difference when the bag's loaded up, and the embroidered icon has held up fine after two months of tossing it in my car.
Took this on a weekend hike and the padded back panel actually kept my shoulders from aching, which I wasn't expecting at this price. The 18 litres fit a jacket, water bottle and snacks with room to spare, and the straps adjust easily.
The embroidered icon on the front looks way sharper in person than I expected, and the 600D polyester feels properly sturdy. I've been using it daily for work and the padded straps make a full 18 litres surprisingly comfortable on my commute.
