Wasn't sure about the size at first, but the 31 x 42 x 21 cm dimensions fit my laptop, a hoodie, and lunch easily. The padded back panel makes a real difference on my walk to work, and the zippered front pocket keeps my keys from scratching everything else.
The grey embroidered icon looks even sharper in person than in the photos. Zippers glide smooth and the padded back panel makes it comfortable on my commute with a laptop and a couple books inside.
The embroidered grey icon looks sharp up close, much cleaner than a printed logo would. My only gripe is the 18L capacity fills up fast once I add a water bottle and a hoodie. The padded back panel does help on longer walks though.
