The embroidered icon on the front looks way sharper in person than I expected. Padded straps actually make a difference on my commute with a laptop and lunch inside, and the 18L size is perfect for day-to-day without being bulky.
Took this on a weekend hike and the padded back panel actually kept my shoulders from aching, which I wasn't expecting at this price. The 18 litre size fits a water bottle, snacks and a light jacket with room to spare. Zippers feel solid too.
